United StatesI was excited about not spikeing my blood sugar. The bread tastes great, I was disappointed to find out that you are using wheat and the dreaded gluten in your bread. Everyone in the homeopathic field knows how harmful those two ingredients are and how they cause arthritis flare ups. It's the gluten that makes the bread tastes great. I haven't tried the noodles yet , when I opened the box the noodles were dripping wet. I put them in the freezer till I'AM ready to use them.
